He began his professional career in the private sector in the corporate and litigation area at different private companies. Afterwards, he worked in the public sector at the Energy Department of the Secretary of Economic Development of the Government of the State of Nuevo León as Energy Investment Counselor.
Experience as a language professor in different public and private institutions in Mexico and France. He holds a law degree, major in corporate & business law from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, Mexico.
He was admitted to the bar in 2015. Likewise, he holds both a master’s degree in applied economics in energy and natural resources from the University of Aix-Marseille, France, and a master of laws in economic law at the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
Fluent in English, French and Spanish for professional and business purposes.
